New pulsars in screensaver

It's absolutely unnecessary and the developers have a lot of more important work to do.

But it would be a cool feature, if the newly found pulsars would be highlighted at their positions within the E@H screensaver.

I'm ever-so-gradually rewriting the screensaver code ( to later OpenGL aspects mainly ), plus reseating the development framework to an easier paradigm. I'll certainly include that feature, and with luck much more ! :-)

Ah well, not quite ... but I do hope to have the faster ones pulsing more so than the slower ones. My trick will be to just not render them on some frames ... :-)
