Would anyone have a current app_info.xml file for Linux they could share? I'm running Ubuntu.
Have the project programmers ever given any thought to posting current app_info.xml files for Linux and Windows in the Download section? I'm sure I'm not the only non-programmer participant who would like to make fuller use of my Fermi cards.
Thanks for any help that you can provide.
Regards,
Steve

App_info.xml file for Linux

Here it is...
You will not find there einsteinbinary unit section for cpu - for these kinds of units I use only GPU (you can check some windows version of app_info.xml and edit that if needed).

Note that S5GC1HF has already
)
Note that S5GC1HF has already finished, so you can save some complication by removing that section.
And according to Bernd tonight, "there will no more work be generated for BRP3" - they've finished the last data file (still some WUs available for download from the server, for a few days). You will need to modify the BRP3 sections into BRP4 after that.
Here is one I just recently
)
Here is one I just recently built for my Linux systems. I have not tested it yet as I was waiting for BRP4 to come out so it may still need some tweaking. It has BRP4 CPU + GPU, S6, and hsgamma.

Thanks so much for the help. Also, breaking it into sections really lets me see for the first time, how an app_info.xml file is written and organized. It will make things a lot easier in the future when new project runs are added or ended.

Thanks so much for the help. Between Shafa's example and yours, I should be ready for the next few computing campaigns!
Good thing I upgraded the coolers!

Would anyone have a current app_info.xml file for Linux running GPU BRP4 only, they could share? There are some examples above, but I would prefer verified one.
