I have a NVDIA GeForce MX 4000 for crunch workunits in my pc, I have 6.10.18 client BOINC, and BOINC says that 11/07/2011 22:33:18 No usable GPUs found.

To be able to use an Nvidia GPU for CUDA, it has to be on this list. Yours isn't, so it's not CUDA capable.

However, if you feel that's wrong, then at least install the drivers from Nvidia (instead of Windows supplied drivers), or drivers supplied by your PCs/motherboard's manufacturer. They may kick things in motion.

Do know that before Nvidia came up with the CUDA thing they were making videocards already, that all had GPUs on board. GPU stands for Graphics Processing Unit. The name doesn't stand for ability to run CUDA, CAL or OpenCL.

Unfortunately, for a GPU to be 'usable' for distributed computing under BOINC, it has to support either the CUDA or OpenCL standards.

For nVidia cards here at Einstein, you need to have one on the CUDA-Enabled Processors list. According to this review, your GeForce-MX4000-card was first released in 2004 - that's very old by computing standards, and it doesn't meet the requirements.
