Select your preferences. If you have more than 'default', choose home/work/school and select what work your computer is allowed to do.
You can't opt out GW search, cause this is the main target of this project. You can opt in for BRPS search and if you still like to get work for your CPU, if there is work for your CUDA device.

GW search has been deprecated, so there is no option for it anymore, the only options available at the moment are 'Binary Radio Pulsar Search' and 'Global Correlations S5 HF search #1'

Thanks! I found where I turned off the accept workunits for GPU. Working fine now. I knew it was something I did.
