Always says disconnected

Ever since I downloaded BOINC 4.25, the bottom right corner says "diconnected." I've tried uninstalling and re-installing, even changing preferences around, but nothing seems to work. can anybody help? thanks!

maybe you need to set a proxy?
Look it up in your browser if you do not know address and port.

Looks like you are connected now, but you have a small problem of to many hosts listed, you need to merge them into one host number....

Disconnected in the lower

Disconnected in the lower right corner of the GUI means that the BOINC Manager and the BOINC Daemon are not communicating with each other. 4.30 is supposed to have fixed this, but it is still in very early Alpha testing. Sometimes this can be solved by shutting down the daemon (boinc.exe) and restarting it.
