Belwo are the last two error messages before the blue screen and reboot, as can be seen in the third.

What you want to identify the cause is your crash is the WhoCrashed application. It analyzes memory dumps saved when windows crashes. If you're running Vista/Win7 you'll need to explicitly run it in admin mode by right clicking on the shortcut and choosing run as admin.
Well Dan I am glad you gave me the link to this programm.
When I put the pc on today after it was off ro a few days it is blue sreen over and over again.
The Microsoft kernel is the cause due to an unindentified driver.
It runs for about 6 minutes and than blue screen. I have now suspended BOINC and the pc is almost running 10 minutes.
sometimes its the ntoskrnl.exe and other times the ntkrnlmp.exe
After running the pc for 35 minutes without problem I activated BOINC again and after 6 minutes blue screen again. So it is a BOINC problem for this pc. My other pc's run flawlessly with BOINC.
This is my only not-Dell and the only one with capable nVida card to run CUDA.
I will now delete the Einstein tasks and try Rosetta for some time and see what that does.
I have started yesterday evening when the system was running fine, GPUGRID (cuda) and a bluescreen was a result after a few minutes. So I thought it is a cuda thing. However I quit the cuda task and did only rosetta.
Overnight the pc crashed again with the same error:
This was probably caused by the following module: ntoskrnl.exe (nt+0x5A490)
Bugcheck code: 0x50 (0xFFFFF6FC402448F0, 0x0, 0xFFFFF80002B0DD3D, 0x2)
Error: PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
file path: C:\Windows\system32\ntoskrnl.exe
product: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System
company: Microsoft Corporation
description: NT Kernel & System
Bug check description: This indicates that invalid system memory has been referenced.
This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem.
The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver which cannot be identified at this time.
The Microsoft website is not very helpfull as it suggests a memeory problem.
It crashed again after a few minutes running rosetta.
I have now disabled BOINC and let the pc run for the rest of the day.
I have te latetst BOINC version. 6.10.58 and the latest nVidia driver 266.58
Than this pc is no longer us of BOINC. However untill two-three weeks ago it was running fine and no new things were installed afterwards.
Still nothing about the BSOD

Still nothing about the BSOD itself (AFAICT).

I have searched manually for Windows updates, installed a few and reboot.
With BOINC suspended the pc is running more than half an hour.
It could be the CUDA for Einstein@home, but I have the latest driver from nVidia installed. I don't know.
