Why am I getting so many WU's, and they're most hi units ...I want more binary WU's ...bit 59 WU's. I don't want all of that!
You only get one (1) file per day, because most of your tasks error out (both types).
You'll have to fix your download problems before the quota will rise again.
Then you should perhaps lower your cache (Maintain enough work for an additional __ days) to receive fewer tasks at once.
