If I understood it well your app_info.xml blocks loading new files you need.
Remove or rename it.
Restart Boinc and all necessary files will be loaded automatically.
I don’t know if this solves your problem.
Maybe you need special files for running two CUDA wu’s, I don’t know. http://einsteinathome.org/node/195553 has a lot of info.
I switched to 2 WU's today and all files are there.
After some struggling(switch of network, backup all files and reverse) I got it right. :)
I added a complete set of ... for S5GC1HF and BRP3 with a line 0 and it works. I think I tried before and it did not work, but...

Sorry about that. I updated the app_info file I posted before with the files ending with 5e which are associated to the nv270 binary. I believe the files ending with 8f are associated to the fullcpu binary. The new app_info.xml is working okay on my system.

I used dbhs.dev.lin.3d35195e and db.dev.lin.3d35195e anyway, but had a typo in my app_info.xml. Now it's working fine. I produced some files with app version 0.00 which the server sent back to me, so I had to add a section in the app file. Lost some hours of work, but mostly because of my fiddling(forgot to backup and switch off network).
I left away everything that is not needed atm and rearranged some lines.
If anyone is interested I can upload it to my server or send it to you.
At least I know how to handle these app-version '0' files now. ;)
