I've had a couple results lately, where the "low person" on the claimed credit has claimed zero. They've processed the results (with a very small CPU usage), but they claim zero credit because they aren't getting whetstone and drystone scores. As a result, all of our scores drop.
Does this get corrected? Is there somewhere that such scores can be appealed?

Participant claiming zero credit?
)
The granted credit for your WU's will not be influenced by this claimed credit of 0.
See the FAQ:
To determine this, if three or more results are valid, the high and low credit claims are dropped, and the remaining credit claims are averaged. If less than two results are valid, the LOW credit claimed is awarded

You're right, Thierry, but

You're right, Thierry,
but what happens, when two of this kind of puter crunch the same unit?
And what has possibly happened to this one?
How comes, it has Benchmarks 0/0, and claims 0 therefore?
Should anyone inform Joyce Byrer?
Or will it repair itself, and patience is again a virtue?

That points to the problem.

That points to the problem. Let's say I have 60.00 credit claimed. The person who is claiming zero should be claiming 70.00. By their claiming zero, my 60 becomes median (when it should be low), and we lose ten points.
