We want that our team participate in several BOINC-projects.
Creation a team with same name in each project is necessary for us or not? How necessary to make an "across-projects team"?
If you create a team you get a team id.
Its only cosmetic but should the same on other projects.
You will allways be identified with team id.
Look around different stats pages.
If you use the same name on all projects the team will be "identified" as being the same team at stats sites like boincstats.com - unfortunately there aren't any cross-project id's for teams (yet, anyway).

For example - if I get a start in SETI@home, I will be identified inside S@H as participant from our team, without "special actions" of joining to my team inside S@H? Or for me is necessary joining to our team (with "stable ID" :)) in each project?

yes. And users in your team must join your team at all the projects they want to participate in, meaning a member of your seti team is not automatically a member of your einstein team.
Makes things a bit more diffecult to manage for cross-project teams - depending on what you want to do it may call for alternate solutions. Like in my team, where I have some stats and other things on the team web site - I "have to" differ between fullblown members and not fullblown members. Fullblown members are those who are a member of the team at alle the projects they participate in, and not fullblown members are either not a member of a team or member of another team at some or even all projects they participate in.
