I'm sure it does. You need to reinstall Nvidia gpu driver anyway after that violent intervention by microsoft, because those automatically updated drivers tend to destroy opencl-capability.

I would use DDU http://www.wagnardsoft.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=760 to uninstall current drivers from the host. Then I would try these (newest at the moment and support both of your cards):
