Why is there no way to stop rotation in graphic app?

What happens when you select a e@h CPU app and click on the graphics button in left menu?

When i select e@h cpu app and click graphics button it rotates. Even when i hold with left mouse button and rotate in opposite direction.
I am in the process of getting some more e@h CPU tasks downloaded.
So far the first task I downloaded doesn't appear to do graphics at all.
Does the website have any settings in the profile that effects the screen saver?
It seems this particular brand of app doesn't have graphic app.
