Why do you disallow a user with 300.000+ Credits to post?

This happened to a user of my team with a RAC of 0.00 but 332,000 credits.

I think this is not fair. People crunching for several reasons for some other BOINC-projekt or having some crunch-vacation should still be allowed to post here.

Does the project have *good* reasons for this restriction? Are 332,000 credits not enough?

I have the same problem! The limit seems to be RAC, not real credits. How nice, I can't even help people with problems because I don't crunch lately...

From the Message Boards Main

From the Message Boards Main Menu page, first line:

"The Einstein@Home message boards are for use by active project participants only."

I would imagine the "static" level which occurs when there is wide open posting allowed is the reason. Unfortunate, but very common on public fora. ;-)
