Validate Error - Client State Misread?

    I'm not sure what happened here. It is one of the last wu's that was sent up from this machine after the server change. I noticed that 3 of the 5 units was rejected as being reported already. Looking at the wu details it shows at the bottom it completed successfully, it hasn't reached a consenses yet, but at the top it says invalid.

    Details can be seen HERE. Can someone explain what is the matter here?
