upload failures for some hours

    All the machines in my little flotilla have been having upload failures. One stretch started about 14 hours ago, and for some hours thereafter the failures would persist through a few minutes of retries, after which things would succeed in a cluster. Since then the pattern seems to have moved toward longer periods of failure, with shorter relief windows of success.

    If one looks at transfer status, the troubled transfers uniformly post status as quickly transferring 0.3 kb, then not progressing to finish the approximately 2 to 4 kb total.

    I don't see an obvious to me indication of trouble on the server status page.

    Is there any chance the trouble is at my end, or do others see this also?

      No, you are not alone.

      All my machines are showing similar symptoms. It's rather painful, isn't it? :-).
