I am getting the following error when WU's are processed:

4/2/2005 8:51:42 PM|Einstein@Home|Unrecoverable error for result H1_0858.9__0859.0_0.1_T20_Test02_0 (There are no child processes to wait for. (0x80) - exit code 128 (0x80))

I am also running SETI@HOME on bionic v4.25. I have a dual CPU server i am running this on with Windows 2000 server. For some reason although S@H runs fine the E@H wont run and keeps giving this error for all WU's. I dont know what other information you would need to troubleshoot this but let me know what you need if anything to help me fix this... :-)

Nope. I get this error

Nope. I get this error almost immediately after the WU starts to process. I don teven have a chance to click on show graphics. Also happens when the system is logged off as i have it set to run all the time. If it is relatd to graphics, i should point out that my server does not have 3D capability if E@H uses that. it has a built in video card with 2D only capability. It an older nightshade N440BX intel mobo.

Then I'm sorry, can't help you.
Will have to wait for the more experienced users or a developer.

I am getting exactly the same

I am getting exactly the same error. I can't figure it out. But I don't think it's the graphic card since my card does have 3d capability.

Sorry for that - This is the

Sorry for that - This is the final bug left in our App and should be fixed as soon as the next ones come out. This error will, I think, persist as long as you have the corresponding data file - resetting the project should download a new one.

Thanks for the update Bernd

Do you know of a list of data files that are affected by this error? Having such a list could assist us helping people with this particular problem, until such time as the bug is fixed.

Well, I know this error

Well, I know this error affected the WUs whose names start with "H1_0848.4" (which is the name of the data file they are referring to), but I suspect the "H1_0858.9" show the same problem - apparently quite some WUs around 0850 Hz.

I've got the same error 4

I've got the same error 4 times in a row WUs starting with H1_1131.9 and H1_1148.9 These are the first 4 that I have downloaded so I don't know if im doing anything wrong. Resetting the project seems to be doing nothing- how long does it take?

I can not tell you, wether these WUs may be bad also.
you have a lot of client errors: http://einsteinathome.org/host/100924/tasks .
There are some problems with the screensaver - maybe you try it without?
be carefull not to try it to often - each client error reduces the number of WUs you get per day:
