How would I uninstall Einstein, and still be able to run Seti?

Uninstalling Einstein?

There is no specific uninstalling file from within Windows.

To remove it from your PC, just let it dry out and then use the "Detach from project". AFAIK this should delete the files needed to run the project.

As I never detached from any project I'm running I can't tell if this deletes everything, at least it should delete the E@H project folder.

yes, I reckon that's right - detach from Einstein then if the E@H specific folder does not delete it will be ok to delete it manually. In general boinc is good at deleting files after they are finished with.
