I forgot - we need rules...

Simple rules:
- Post in this thread, anything with legible words (ie one word posts don't count)
- Stay within the message board rules
- Empty posts are invalid towards winning
- You must wait for someone else to post before you can post again, any and all multiple posts are invalid towards winning and incur fines to be paid in virtual drinks at the Bar & Bistro.
- Have FUN

Rules Subject to change at moderators discretion without notice.

The winner will be the last person that posted, when I have time to check the thread, after one of these events:
1 - A specific date and/or time occurs
2 - A specific number of posts have been made
3 - I get tired of ya'll nagging me who is the winner :)
4 - An event I have chosen occurs (doesn't occur)

Sorry there are no physical prizes, only the satisfaction you played and won.

More complex rules may follow. Or they won't. I don't know yet because I'm a bit frazzled.

Please wait here. Further instructions could pile up at any time. Thank you.

Thank you :)

Thank you :)

I was hoping I would have unfrazzled a bit by the time it came to starting dinner, but I haven't, so anything is now possible...

Congrats over here Annie.  I don't think I could follow any more complex rules.  I have enough trouble with the simple ones.

Awwww :) you needn't worry about stuff like that, WK, but I am still accepting them, yes... so thank you.

I am sick of cooking. You're right. So I've made a sign just like yours! The advice came a little too late for Monday* though, and graffiti by family members since indicates they are in no doubt that in areas relating to my brain, it's true anyway - and if I'm honest, I'm not sure how many legs I have left to stand on denying that, so I might not bother...

I don't think I could follow any more complex rules.

Well I've drawn such a big blank trying to think of any, Kathryn, I stopped bothering in the end. I do now know what will lead to a win though.

There's a number. It's on a yellow sticky, people  that is impervious to correction fluid should it mysteriously disappear then reappear *avoid all eye contact with Gary's everywhere*. And it will be deployed if neither of two earlier-than-that-triggers occur.  One is solely in all of your hands *help Einsteinians locate their hands* the other in the commentary of would-be-comics I may encounter on the homeward bound journey of my week-day travels.

Now you have all been warned...  *proudly accept award from MAGIC* Thank you :))

No awards for me, I'm just winning!!

Not then you didn't, no...

;)

* At the point of basting, the food wasn't there. It was in a cupboard where the cats couldn't chew on it while the oven was pre-heating and  it simply wasn't hot enough in there for it to progress in any meaningful manner towards its two hour cooking time. Nor was it motivated enough to relocate itself and the roasting pan.

Please wait here. Further instructions could pile up at any time. Thank you.

*quickly searches for her

*quickly searches for her hands and finds them on the keyboard*

*waves hello*

*bows*

*hear loud squealing coming from the cat that fell off my head*

*whistles and walks away*
