Yeah you never can tell what

Yeah you never can tell what will happen once they start firing off those fireworks and they run using a computer these days too.

Yes I used to like the old Win 98SE myself and still have that OS disc here in my stash Laughing

I've never entirely recovered

I've never entirely recovered my equilibrium near fireworks since I got chased by a Catherine Wheel when I was six. It stayed pinned to a post until two or three seconds after it was lit, then didn't cling onto it at all afterwards.

No.

Judging by the sudden amount of running away whilst screaming,  most people there probably felt they were being chased by it too to be fair  - but I was the only one in the pool when it also arrived in it.

Even my twin abandoned me in order to go in a different direction. She obviously realised wherever I was, was where she'd  be better off not being.

It's lovely to see you pop in MAGIC :) I might have been in to say so earlier but I was attempting some DIY querkling. Interestingly, I lost the will to live just doing the circles, and long before getting to do any colouring-in.

EDIT: I might try one that's already been prepared or I might never get to the fun bit. First though - oh... I can't do it... the little dialogue boxes aren't there.

I think I know where I went wrong now.

Hold on...

22 hours later edit: Oh.

I see no one did *offensive offended blink* ;) I will now put what I hoped to put before I worked out how to put "this is what you were holding on for" when nobody was.

I'm going to do that in a minute... or in an hour ... who knows - but before that... we are not too far away from a TA DA...

Please wait here. Further instructions could pile up at any time. Thank you.

Sometimes just standing still and letting it pass you by is a good idea, thinking of that as a kid is pretty tough though.

The first time I read that I read your word as 'twerking' and had to go back and reread it SEVERAL times to figure out what you were really saying. I still have no idea what you meant!!

But I am winning!!

Ah. Sisterly love as expressed in ensuring the propagation of common jeans genes. Richard Dawkins would be absolutely bored to hear of it impressed.

Yes. General method :

(a) Retain will to live.

(b) Correctly color in the annotated regions.

(c) Gaze upon artwork not seen since the dinosaurs were doing them Big Bang.

You can fit in the fun somewhere in all phases a through c.

Some months ago I asked the dev's to put in special code just for when you login : it randomly stuffs up server-side functionality only for your activities.

Nice TADA ! Do you always have this effect on constructed frameworks ? Have you been banned from crossing bridges yet ? :-)

Either it's been a very long New Year for some, or they're not risking a win ... :-)

Cheers, Mike.

( edit ) Querkling is a very new invention.

I have made this letter longer than usual because I lack the time to make it shorter ...

One of my cars is a 7 speed automatic with paddle shifters while the other is a 5 speed auto.

Thanks for the 'querkling' link Mike!!

Someone once said there is no problem that a suitable application of high explosives doesn't solve.
