A vantage point ? Well I suppose making a thread sticky helps. It then sits up on high - elevated moral ground, sniff - and so gazes down upon lesser threads. Thus a superior class of posters may contribute. Slight trouble around here is that they usually lower the tone. Such is the burden of aristocracy however, we each have our crosses to bear on the task of toleration of the plebian hordes ..... :-))

[spit out the pips]

Oooops I've been playing too much Civ VI as, you guessed it, Emperor Trajan. Nothing like a Roman legion or five to keep the cogs of oppression moving.

CENTURION : Beware sire, I hear that the peasants are revolting !

TRAJAN : Yes indeed, I know .... or with broad hand gestures, a shrug, and Italian accent 'hey Pauli, watta you gunna do ?'

Cheers, Mike.

I have made this letter longer than usual because I lack the time to make it shorter ...

Such are the trappings of Majesty that we the chosen undertake upon the behalf of the people. They just have no idea. I mean, how many banquets can you host in a week before getting heartily tired of mulligatawny soup and caviar? The fourth roasted peacock by thursday, leaves the palate a bit jaded, and the Chateau Lafite-Rothschild, 1869 doesn't quite hit the spot any more. Then there are these pesky coronations every so often, and some PM wanting an audience once a week. I sent her down to the local theatre, but she keeps coming back for a natter.

It's a hard life but someone has to do it.

It could be a DB5 Vantage

It could be a DB5 Vantage Chris drives away in, but as there were only 65 built it is unlikely.

Only 65 ?  Wow - wonder how many of those are still drive-able.

No idea.

Guess it wasn't you that found Aston Martin DB4 hidden in forest for 50 years set to fetch £350,000, or you wouldn't be here.

Here is Chris's plow vehicle.  As you can see - Chris could easily bid on and win that DB4 Wink
