There's a "Mac OS X on Intel 1.08 (BRP3cuda32OSX5)" application mentioned on the Einstein@home Applications page. So, there should be nothing to prevent your machine from downloading tasks for the GPU (provided that Darwin 10.7.0 is OSX).
