Is there any way to not have BOINC not to request work?

I'm a college student and when I go home for breaks I am unable to keep the program running. I don't want it to request work when it can't be finished. If anyone has found out please let me know/ thanks!

Tell it to use a prohibitively small disk space.

1. Disable network access.
2. Set you prefrences to 0.

The function to do this with

The function to do this with no fuss is built into the boinc daemon v 4.25. If you install BOINCView[/url] you can access this function. I believe that it the third icon from the right.
