Hi: my boincstats team totals are not increasing while my stats are! This has been going on for several days now.

team stats not being exported

I think it's only happening with BoincStats though... I checked on All project stats (I think that was the name) and they had the last few days but BoincStats doesn't.

I was going to notify someone at BoincStats, but you have to have an account there so I figured someone else would report it soon. :)

(Short answer: I think they're exporting fine, but BoincStats isn't importing)

I am having the same problem.

I am having the same problem. I recently switched teams but on BoincStats it still says I am on the old team. Oddly enough, when I try to quit the old team in BoincStats the confirmation page asks if I want to quit the new team. Regardless, only my recent stats are being imported to BS. On my account page on Einstein, however, it does not list my older credits as part of the team. I think this may an Einstein issue, not BS.

I'm not sure why you haven't been dropped from the roster for the team you quit. Teams and their issues aren't my bailiwick.

However, team rules state only the credit you get while an active member of a team is reflected in the team's total, and remains in that total after you quit. AFAIK, CPDN is the only exception (although that might have changed).

It appears to be an Einstein@Home issue. BOINCstats now says 'Project Server Error' when I try to change my team info for Einstein through BOINCstats. It shows me on the correct team, but displays the team's old name. Trying to fix that works on all other projects, but not Einstein@Home. Seems Einstein is not processing BOINCstats commands properly. Any fixes for this?

On the BAM! home page, you find:

Quote:
Not all projects have full support for BAM yet. Check the supported project page to see what works, and what doesn't.

and the link reveals:

Quote:
Einstein@Home: Einstein was supported but somehow their server code is broken now. Everything related to BAM! doesn't work properly anymore.
