Team England - Situation Vacant

Topic 193171

Following the sudden departure of Jose Mourinho, a vacancy now exists...oops! Sorry, wrong team. I'll start again.

Following the enormously successful campaign in the BBC Climate Change Experiment, Team England (Boinc) is now planning to become the UK's number one provider of volunteered computing resources to most, if not all, of the organizations utilising the Boinc platform. Our membership is growing in 28 of the 49 projects that are active at this time and we are seeking like-minded individuals to be proactive in taking the team forward. Applications are currently invited for the post of

Team Founder

at Einstein@home to assist in this ambitious undertaking.

The successful applicant will be a committed team player with strong motivational skills and have a proven track record of credit accumulation within the distributed computing sector.

Responsibilities will include:

• Establishing and maintaining a high team profile on the project forum
• Welcoming new recruits on the project forum
• Keeping the members informed and up-to-date regarding project status, etc.

Applications should be made via pm only to The Office on the Team England forum by Saturday 13th October.

Applicants must be a Team England (Boinc) member on at least one Boinc project.

Applications will be vetted by the Team England Adminstrators before being put forward for election by the Team England (Boinc) members.

...or in plain english

Anyone wanting to be team founder at Einstein, please pm The Office on the Team England forum by 13th Oct. In the event of there being more than one suitable applicant, the winner to be chosen by a poll on the Team England forum.

Team England - Situation Vacant

Never mind about Jose Mourinho, but I've got at least 5 years left on my contract as founder. How much do I get to give up the lucrative position of Team England Founder, project Einstein?

Oh I forgot, they've given me first bite at the new project coming, Beer Online 24/7.

Nice :)
