This time last week I had a constant RAC of between 2100 and 2200.

I have 3 computers running 24-7 on Einstein.
All MacsÖ A G4 1 Gig; a G5 Dual 2 Gig; and a MacBookPro Intel Duo 2,16 Gig.

Since this time last week and every time I complete a Work Unit, my RAC has DECREASED! Now, call me stupid and old fashioned, but I thought that if you keep up a certain level of work, your RAC should stay somewhere around the same figure.

As of today, my RAC has consistently dropped with every WU completed to reach 1585.81 !
If I carry on like this, I shall soon be in NEGATIVE RAC!
This is a drop of 614.19 in a week? + And my computers are working undisturbed exactly as before
and as they always have done!
What on earth is going on?

You have your share of bad results returned. Have you looked at your results lately? There have been several on two machines that have failed over the past few days. This will cause a major decrease in RAC.

Yep, 20 zeroes are a killer

Yep, 20 zeroes are a killer to your RAC, especially when they get grouped together like that. On the other hand you seem to be building back up OK at this point.

I hate when that happens! ;-)

I see you just got another

I see you just got another run of errors on one of your hosts. Maybe you picked up some bad result dl's from the server problems at AEI earlier.
