    For that matter, it seems both climate and climate bbc are having problems as well.

              Yes. I think it was supposed to start 1600 PDT, and end something like 0900 PDT tomorrow. I'm not sure those were the exact stated times, but I'm close.

              (Edited to way--sorry Misfit, I duplicated your post. Too much Uzbek cognac to read carefully this evening, I'm afraid. It won't happen again. I finished the bottle, and don't expect to go back there real soon now.)

                OK thanks. Looks like BOINC projects use a lot of power -- seems they had power problems here a while ago.

                    diagnose electrical problems in a nearby facility. We will start bringing
                    our systems down tonight at 16:00 PDT (23:00 UTC) and back up around 09:00
