First of all, you need help ;-) since currently all your tasks error out. That's why your quota has been lowered. It won't be lifted again until you start to return valid results.
All tasks sent to you since 10 May 2011 6:54:59 UTC error out with "Exit status -226 (0xffffffffffffff1e)" and the message: too many exit(0)s.
Did you reboot that host (2988376) lately?
Has anything changed with that machine recently?

Do the tasks make any progress (as shown in the Tasks tab)?
Are there any (error) messages in the Messages tab that could enlighten the problem?
