I'm seeing a problem with the screensaver for the app "Gravitational Wave search O2 Multi-Directional" that is out now (Oct 2021). The screensaver tries to start, but only shows a big white square and then goes black, and repeats this over and over again, so the screen appears to be flashing on and off.
It starts correctly when I preview the screensaver from the Control Panel. I'm seeing this on Dell Latitude 5590 running Windows 10 (and not seeing it on Mac). It doesn't seem to happen with the other app that's been running recently (gamma ray search?). Here is a video showing the problem: https://youtu.be/lxODspTq6GE

Turn the screen off to save the computer cycles so the crunching can happen faster, faster means you can get thru more tasks meaning the chance of finding something really important goes up! Just push the power button on desktop monitors and on laptops either leave it on the Boinc screen, the home screen or even close the lid, after ensuring closing the lid does NOT stop the crunching.
I understand your intentions,

I understand your intentions, Mikey, but I want the screensaver to be visible, since this is in a lab where students will see it. I also wanted to report what is probably a problem with the app that the developers might want to know about.
