I had trouble using the dual-x flavor of this card. It was giving me errors on Einstein work. Probably too much heat. I now use the vapor-x with three fans instead of the 2 fans on the dual-x.
I've recently seen a well priced dual-x on ebay and wonder if anyone else on Einstein has had better luck with the dual-x.

I use a HD 7990 (dual GPU card)... it seems lucky.
Which host are you having problems with?
Can you share the errors?
Were you running more than one task per GPU x1 ?
