They have been offline (completely offline -- home page not posting) since mid morning.

Does anyone have any information regarding Rosetta's outage?

Rosetta offline

From homepage
"Outage Notice: The project is down for repairs. The SAN hiccup'd and we're rebuilding the fileserver. We're working as quickly as we can to get things back up and running..... "

Right -- I saw their update last night -- probably is going to take them a full day or more to recover.

It seems that Rosetta has recovered from a rather catastrophic hardware failure and is close to resuming normal operations again.

Still getting "9/9/2007 9:09:39 AM|rosetta@home|[error] Error on file upload: can't open log file" type messages. But the website is up, so close indeed.

Just for the records: I

Just for the records: I uploaded, reported, and downloaded results in Rosetta@Home now, so I guess they are fully operational again now.
