Hello, I took a break for a while, actually quite a while Smile, and would like to login to my previous account. Unfortunately, it's registered to an email address on a domain name that is no longer and a password that is long forgotten. I wonder if there is any possibility of restoring the account. Thank you.

Do you have a computer with

Do you have a computer with Boinc still installed that used that old account to run Einstein?
If so you could use that to gain access to your account, I can guide you through the process.

If not then maybe Shawn (admin) can help you if you can prove that your are the rightful owner of the account. Try sending him a message.

Glad to hear that!

I was thinking about the authenticator when I asked about the old computer but didn't want to complicate things before I had an indication that we had a chance to retrieve it.
