Anytime I reboot my PC, all work units just sit there. The time remaining counts down, and elapse counts up... but the percentage dosent move. I hate to toss out 8 W/Us at 80%. Whats the fix? Exiting and restarting BOINC dosent help...?

There is always a delay as the percentage increases in jumps and restarting from a restore point may be your answer, you are running cpu tasks and have a 8/16 core pc with 16gb of ram in it and there's alot going on every time Windows restarts and then settles down into doing it's thing, ie you could be memory bound and need to try running fewer tasks at one time. One way to see if this is true is to suspend all but 4 of the running tasks and see if things speed up or not. Are you running tasks from other Projects too? Are you running any tasks on your gpu?

OK... the WUs finished up in a normal amount of time then started the next ones. Never did change percentage. New units counting normal. Not running any GPU stuff at this time. At the start of summer the GPU units started crashing the machine... still havent figured that out...
