Is that a way to edit the title line so that I can mark a thread as [Solved]?

[Resolved] Editing thread title

It may depend on the forum version, but to do that you need to make a new post in the thread using the post to thread button (dont use the reply or the quote buttons).
Once the new message is posted, use the edit button of that post and it will offer you the option to edit the thread tittle along with the content of that post.

Of course this only work on your own threads.

Thank you too for this message Horacio

I was a little bit confused because the reply button on the german interface is called reply which means answer(antworten) in german, and the post to thread button is called Antworten.
I went on the albert page which is not translated and then all was clear for me.

Thanks to Bernd Machenschalk for sending me the link to this page.
