I understand that the hardware issues that have pagued E@H have been resolved. Yet, I have WUs to report and new work to get, but have been unable to upload or download for more than a week. Any suggestions?

Have you hit update? The older clients went on a 1 week hiatus during bad times, and your's might have did this.
