During computing the tasks "gravitational wave S6 directed search (Cas A) 1.05" the percent counter and also the time counter counts a while from the start correct but after a while it jumps to the last point and counts the same part again. A new count of the same part starts. The counter never reaches 100 %.
Is there a bug to count the same amount aagain?
greetings from fritz so long and bye bye

Problems with account and time counter during gravitational task

Normally the percentage done should only increase with the exception when a task is restarted and resumed from the last checkpoint. If your tasks are always interrupted and never reach completion then you might want to take a look at some of the preferences, click on this link or go to your account and then click on "Computing preferences" and check out the following:

1. Leave tasks in memory while suspended?
If you set this one to yes then the task won't have to start from the last checkpoint when interrupted, this should prevent the task from having to rerun part of the calculation every time it's paused.

2. Suspend work if CPU usage is above xx % (Default is 25%)
Set this higher if you don't want Einstein to pause every time something else on the computer use more than 25% of the CPU, to disable it set to 0 (zero). The tasks are run at the lowest priority and seldom interfere with other programs on the computer, I have always had it set to 0 and it almost never interferes with other programs I run, if it does I just right click the Boinc icon down by the clock and select "Snooze" to pause it for 1 hour.

Once done do a manual update in your Boinc client to contact Einsteins servers and the new settings should take effect. If they don't you might have set local preferences in Boinc and have to change it there as the local prefs always override the online ones.
