Looks like starting today there is an issue with the signature that shows at the bottom of the page. I would have posted in the Report website problems here, but it's locked.....

What's the issue with signatures? Do you mean the user signatures that are displayed below a user post in the forum of the footer below the whole page?

Normally below my post, there

Normally below my post, there is a summary of credits from all projects as well as my team signature.

Currently all I see is a failed jpeg image. If I try to open the image in a separate tab I get this

The requested URL /einst-sig-tk.jpg was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Not sure if it's restricted to my team or something else. Currently only my teammates appear to be affected.

edit...

and of course when I try to post I get a 503 problem....lol

This has nothing to do with

This has nothing to do with Einstein@Home. The URL of your signature picture is http://www.private-clusters.de/einst-sig-tk.jpg and it seems this server has problems and can't deliver the image. Your need to contact the person responsible for this server to fix it.

Thanks, I was wondering if it was something like that.  I'll have someone check on the hosting domain.

Looks like there is an issue

Looks like there is an issue with the [ img ] tag in signatures, especially if there is more than one image in the signature.  It looks a bit like the closing [ /img ] is being included in the URL to display.  However something else is going on as the browser isn't displaying a broken picture but displaying the BBcode on the page.

With the signature of my team, turns out that the person who holds it forgot to migrate it from the original server to the new one so it's lost. Thanks to everyone.

Looks like the problem is

Looks like the problem is that anything that looks like a link is being parsed into a link.  Just had to remove [ url ] BBcode tags because they were picked up as part of the link.  It looks like that "feature" is being applied everywhere.

This looks indeed like a regression. We'll look into it.

Thanks,

Ok, fixed, again. A required

Ok, fixed, again. A required setting got silently reverted due to a bug in the CMS we use. We think we finally understand the problem of this now such that we can work on preventing it to reoccur!

Sorry for the hickup,
