There were some problems with the download servers for about a day. Those are sorted out now. Are you still having download problems? If so, do you have a broadband or modem connection?

I have machine with 2 CPU, but just one works. Two days ago everything was OK (both CPU were working).
Two days ago you finished the last of your S4 results. You now have 3 S5 results and these will take longer. Unless you have changed any settings, if both CPUs were working on S4 data, they should now both be working on S5 data.
BOINC knows that your machine has 2 CPUs because it says so on your machine details page under your account on the website. If you look at your general preferences on the website, does it say to use both processors? This setting could be affected by whether or not you have set up any venues (home, work, school) or have just left it on default.

Bonjour, depuis le 13 juin 2007 à 14:16:30 UTC , heure à laquelle j'ai rendu mon dernier travail de mon l'ordinateur Windows XP professionnal je ne reçois plus aucun travail pour Einstein sur c'et Ordinateur. Pourquoi...???? J'ai essayé d'envoyer un message à L'e-mail du Professeur Allen mais mon message à était refusé par son serveur de messagerie. Merci de faire le nécessaire pour continuer à recevoir du travail sur mes 2 Odinateurs...

Problem with a new work

Are you attached to multiple projects and do you get a message not unlike not requesting new work or reporting results?
In that case BOINC is giving back time to the other project(s) until it/they has/have crunched an equal amount of time.
If Einstein is the only project you are attached to, please post the last 20 to 30 messages from Boinc Manager's message tab here please.

Vous avez utilisé une application d'Albert optimisée. Vous devez arrêter BOINC, effacer le dossier app_info.xml et recommencer ensuite BOINC. Alors tous devraient être bons.
