Possible short network interruptions Dec 31

There is some work being done on the network infrastructure @UWM on Dec 31. If all goes well there shouldn't be any noticeable interruptions to the Einstein@Home servers, but as we know, reality might not go according to plans.

The message we got reads:

"UWM NOC said that 0 is the most likely number of outages of any length, but that there could be several outages of up to 30 minutes (a very conservative number suggested for planning purposes).

The issue is that the work is being performed by non-UWM workers and therefore planning and communication are somewhat out of our control."
