Since I installed BOINC manager 5.8.17 for MacOS X i keep getting this error message (in all projects):

What can I do to change this? If I change the permissions manually BOINC manager will not run anymore and requires a reinstall.

As I know nothing about OSX, I'm not much help. But does this post from Charlie shed any light on your situation?
