I have 6 pending wu's waiting for credit, all waiting for the same person. The deadline for these is 16 November, & the other cruncher hasn't done any work since the 3 November.

What happens on the 17 November when all these wu's should be in by. Do I lose the work I put in (64 hours & nearly 800 cobblestones), or do I get the credit.

I still have 5 wu to do, shall I stop.

When the time is out for returning them they will be sent to someone else. :)

No need to worry , your credit will come in sooner or later.

I have on an average of

I have on an average of 1300-1700 pending credits, at all times. It's like money put in the ATM, it needs to be verified before it's actually put into your account. Sometimes it takes longer, sometimes faster.

Because the units need to be validated against someone else's crunching, you will probably always have some pending.

As Anders' stated, if it expires for one, it will go to another. There is safety nets in place. The work will get credited, if valid.

You will lose nothing. Let me please explain a case I had a few months ago.
I had 10 WU crunched in 3 days. I was paired with 1 host for those 10 units. After 15 days, the other host had done nothing. By sheer bad luck, 7 of those WU were affected to an other host which took 2 weeks to report results.
Happy end, 1 month after my computer did it's job, I was credited to the last decimal.
It can be frusdtrating, especially if you look at credits days after days, but in the long run - I mean after 2 or 3 month of crunching - all your crunched WU are credited ( but some in the last 2 weeks ) and your R.A.C. IS averaged.
So... don't worry

As people have said already

As people have said already in this thread, you will eventually get your credit!
Be thankful you don't have a WU like this one (on another BOINC project) where I have not received credit yet for a WU I completed on 29th September.......
