Ages ago someone told me how to switch off the help & support (troubleshooting) function in Windows ( I think that is what it was called)
This stopped this item coming on frequently and using up to 20% of the CPU for no reason.
It was something I never used anyway and have never missed it
Can anyone tell me how I did this as a friend is wanting to do the same.
Not really techy and have been trying to find out how I did for days without any success
