No, there's nothing wrong with your result as far as I can tell, it was just bad luck that two of the PCs that were picked crunch on the same workunit crashed out in sequence. The deadline for the next "wingman" is now almost reached, so validation could happen anytime now, hopefully.
No, you've just been unlucky about who you've been paired with on it.
Your fisrt wingman never returned as result. Your second and 3rd either had computer problems or deliberately canceled it. Number 4 seems likely to be another never return. In 2 days it'll be issued again to someone else. It;s nothing you've done, nothing you have control over, but eventuallyou will get credit for it. I've had several WUs linger for 6 or 7 weeks in the past.
You are lucky that you have just one WU pending. I currently have 25 WUs pending!! I hope that they will soon be validated or I might just give up on Einstein and switch to something else.
eeyore, just be patient please. You have some seriously powerful computers that are hauling ass and getting workunits done faster than anyone else. You will reach equilibrium.

Yeah, with my quad I've gone up to 20,000 pending credits when it gets an "early jump" on data packs. Just give it a little, once your wingmen catch up your RAC will skyrocket.

Thanks for the info. I'll give things a bit of time and see what happens. One of the other things that has me worried are the number of people that aren't completing their WUs. It's not as though there are that many of us to start with in the group and it would be dissapointing to see too many quit.
