O1OD1 gravity wave search 0.03 doesn’t checkpoint

The recent update to the gravity wave app from 0.01 to 0.03 has resulted in it not checkpointing. In BOINCtasks you can select the last checkpoint column for the tasks tab. This steadily increases with the CPU time. Unlike the older app it doesn’t periodically reset. As another test I stopped BOINC on one machine that had 12 tasks 20% processed after an hour or so. I then restarted BOINC and they all began again at 0%.

After running another lot of tasks through they seem to checkpoint so maybe, as Thyme Lawn has suggested in his thread about the same problem, its related to specific work units.
