Open to ideas here....

And it doesnt get more work for the GPUs. CPU is going fine but the last couple days a gtx460 and a gtx440 have sat idle....
Any ideas as to whats going wrong?

Not getting new GPU WUs on one machine
)
You haven't got a driver version less than 290.53 or higher than 301.00, so the Server won't supply you Nvidia GPU work:
See this thread as to why:
nVidia 295.51 beta driver problems - Failed tasks - Cannot create a symbolic link in a registry key that already has subkeys or values. (0x3fc) - exit code 1020 (0x3fc)

I got atm 295.73 and up until 2 days ago they worked just fine.
Is it a issue between that older driver and the new brp4 WUs?.
Ill update to newest drivers....watch this space :)
(nice to meet you btw Claggy..seen you around alot for helping people sort things out and I know we all much appesiate :)
The 295.xx and 296.xx drivers
)
The 295.xx and 296.xx drivers have a sleeping monitor Bug, once the DVI or HDMI port connected Monitor goes to sleep the Cuda device becomes unavailable, erroring out any Cuda work attempted,
Einstein decided to not send any Nvidia GPU work to hosts with drivers greater than 290.53 and less than 301.00 so as to not needlessly error out Cuda work,

I have all that turned off
)
I have all that turned off afaik and the other machine all run via a kvm with all their power set to max/never turn off etc.
I still had that one running old drivers due to the driver bug from several months back. The problem machine is a older 975xbx mobo with a core 2 and a gtx460 and a gtx 440 on it.
Worked fine up until a couple days ago so didnt even think to update the drivers on it.
Drivers update now to latest ones and its downloaded and running cuda now :)
Much thanks for help.
Darren.
I'm getting the same problem
)
I'm getting the same problem with my GT 330M running on OS X not getting any nVidia WUs.
[version] CUDA compute capability required min: 100, supplied: 0
Driver outdated...?
CUDA driver 4.2.7
GPU driver 1.6.40.0 (256.00.35f12)
I've checked nVidia site for any GPU driver updates, but there's none for Mac OS X, and so far my GPU has not produced any error relating to driver issue...
There are brand newer drivers

There are brand newer drivers available from NVIDIA from their Developers Site at
http://developer.nvidia.com/cuda-downloads. Has anybody tried those already?

Mine's already updated to
)
Mine's already updated to 4.2.10. Apparently BOINC version 7.0.25 and 7.0.28 no luck. I was able to download nVidia WUs using older 6.12.35. I don't really know what the heck happened here. At least ver 6 works sans the automatic GPU switch on my MacBook Pro.
Hmm...I think we can fix this
)
Hmm...I think we can fix this on our side by being a bit more optimistic about the CUDA capabilities if a driver doesn't supply the necessary details. I'll deal with it latest on Monday, please remind me if I should forget this.
Thanks for reporting this

Hi HB,
How's the development from your end coming in...?
For the record, I've installed Mountain Lion on my external drive and tested BOINC with Einstein on it. Version 6.12.35 cannot detect my GPU, while 7.0.28 still have problem not being able to download nVidia WUs.
Thanks.
