I keep getting this message and I have set my contact time down to 1 day at a time.

Mr. Allen is correct. If your setting for minimum disk space or the percent of disk space used is exceeded the system will not give you any new work. Check how much space you actually have, and be certain your setting is well below that number. Also be certain that the setting for the maximum percent of disk space that can be used has not already been exceeded by your system use.
