No tasks to run?

Sometime in the night, my computer run all of the tasks that were sent to the computer.  I saw the message "No tasks running" and went to the Projects tab.  The statistics on the Boinc projects page does not match what is reported on my account page.  I have six completed tasks waiting.  I updated the project and it was delayed 2.3 hours.  After 2.3 hours there was no change and I updated again with a deferment of 25 minutes.  Why can't I receive new tasks.  I was doing gravitational waves for quite a while and then I noticed that the tasks being sent were all gamma ray pulsar searches.  Now I cannot get any tasks.  Is the project still operational?  Problem with personnel from the Covid-19 problem?  Please help
