Despite new taks are allowed, no new tasks have been sent since 1. April from Einstein@home to my account.

Is there something worng with my preferences (I did not change them)?

It would appear so.  If you look at your list of computers, you will see a "last contact" link in the far right hand column.  If you click on that you will see the result of your computer asking for work in the form of a scheduler log entry.  In that log entry, you will see that no work is available for the applications you have selected.

I'm guessing that for CPU work, you have only selected the gravitational wave search and since that is now finished for the moment, the only way you will get CPU work is to enable the Fermi Gamma-Ray Pulsar Binary search (FGRPB1), through your project preferences.

Hope this helps!  If that's not the problem, can you tell us which searches you have enabled?

Cheers,
Gary.

I have enabled the following searches as of 22. April 2017. An Update command from Boinc client did not retrieve any new work. Is FGRPB1 meant to be third and fourth tickmark?

Cheers

Due to limitations of your

Due to limitations of your hardware, you'll only be able to get number 1 and 3 of your list. Mark them all though as the scheduler will select work for you. However, in order to get tasks of number 1 type you need to allow test applications in the Beta settings (preferences - project). Be aware though that those beta tasks come along with an invalid rate of up to 50 percent.

You now have 3 FGRPB1 tasks.  They were downloaded about an hour or two after you posted.

The Gamma-Ray Pulsar Binary search uses data from the Fermi satellite that carries the LAT (Large Area Telescope) that detects the gamma-ray emissions from distant objects.  FGRPB1 therefore stands for the CPU version of the search whilst FGRPB1G stands for the GPU version.  The GPU version is for AMD and NVIDIA GPUs.  There is no Intel GPU version.  So you just need the 3rd item ticked for FGRP tasks as you don't have a suitable GPU.  It doesn't hurt to have everything ticked if you so wish.

As was pointed out, you could use your Intel GPU for Arecibo radio pulsar tasks but the problem is that it seems to be quite tricky to get a driver version that works correctly and even then the rate of invalid results is quite high so it's a bit of a waste of resources.  I use Linux and there is no Linux driver for Intel GPUs so I have no experience.  I just read what others write :-).  If you installed something like a GTX1050 or GTX1050Ti, you could have a relatively low cost experience of the joys of GPU crunching coupled with some amazing productivity :-).  Even an older GTX750TI (which have been very cheap recently) would give you a big boost.  Then you could do lots of FGRPB1G tasks :-).

Cheers,
Gary.
