Does anyone at E@H pay attention to the the bug/problems message board ?
I posted a bug 3 days ago, and I have not heard squat.
I am running E&H and Seti on BOINC ver. 5.8.16 on my desktop and laptop. Both run Vista Home Premium. About 8 days ago, on my desktop, E@H began showing only the corner graphics - the constellation sphere no longer shows. But on my laptop, it continues to run normally.
Does anyone have any idea what causes this, or any fix or work-around.

Volunteers are the ones who man the forums. And not everyone is good with graphic issues (me included).
Did anything change on the affected computer at that time? MS Updates?
Do you see the same behavior when you hit show graphics in the manager or is it in the screen saver only?
Vista is a fickle creature. It's driving me bonkers right about now.
Graphics drivers up to date? DirectX up to date?
What graphics hardware do you have?
I'm not the best person to troubleshoot graphics issues. But I'll give it a shot.
I'll cross post this in the other forum.

You might try the good old stand by fix...uninstall BOINC...and then reinstall it...I have fixed many a bug that way...It may be a shot in the dark...But it's worth a try.
