I am using an Intel i7-7567U with an included Intel Iris Plus Graphics 650 GPU onChip.
Here are the Key-facts:
Boinc-Client V7.16.20 (x64)
Project Preferences: all GPU Applications allowed.
OpenCL: Intel GPU 0: Intel(R) Iris(R) Plus Graphics 650 (driver version 30.0.101.1069, device version OpenCL 3.0 NEO, 19615MB, 19615MB available, 442 GFLOPS peak)
| Processor: 4 GenuineIntel Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7567U CPU @ 3.50GHz [Family 6 Model 142 Stepping 9]

There's no Intel GPU app for 'Gravitational Wave search O3 All-Sky #1 (O3AS)'.
You could try enabling beta test on the project settings.

Beta settings ... Run test applications? YES
Maybe your iGPU just isn't supported. As far as I recall Intel GPU apps have been quite picky about what CPUs will run them succesfully.

But's it's very interesting, because I have slower Systems, that will get work:
