I posted elsewhere today about the same question. I like GPUGrid for an alternate/backup gpu project to Seti and Einstein.

keith I followed your suggestion and have added GPU grid as a back up.

After you install it, just delete the CPU slots, and you can continue using them on BOINC (but reserve one CPU core in BOINC for use by the GPU on Folding of course).
